Gladstone Project Development
The Gladstone Project Development (previously known as Stage 1 Master Plan) was envisaged in 2016 with a planning permit approval in 2018 for the development size of 11 storeys and 5 basement building. The permit encompasses the seven Terraces at the corner of Grattan and Leicester Street known as the Gladstone Terraces or William Berry Wing.
Work has progressed over the years on the development with planning permit extensions and discussions with potential partners.
2026 is anticipated for great change and decisions on the Gladstone Project Development.
