Stage 1 Master Plan Development

The Stage 1 Master Plan was envisaged in 2016 with a planning permit approval in 2018 for the development size of 11 storeys and 5 basement building.

Work has progressed over the years on the development with planning permit extensions and discussions with potential partners.

2025 is anticipated for great change and decisions on the Stage 1 Master Plan Development.
