Equipped with 38 years of experience in executive level leadership and change management in CI, MI, Strategy, Product Development Engineering and Marketing, Nanette (Nan) Bulger is the CEO and Executive Director of non-profit professional association, SCIP.
A longtime dedicated practitioner and international consultant in these disciplines prior to her SCIP role, she has served a variety of profit, non-profit and academic entities around the globe. Nan has extensive multinational & cross industry background and is an accomplished author, speaker and developer of decision support methodologies, tools and processes related to strategic end to end business applications and finance and strategy transformation. She has served on the SCIP Board of Directors, the NCCU Business School Board of Visitors, the NH YWCA Board where she leads their strategic efforts. She has also acted as mentor in the HULT International Business School Executive M.B.A. Program and Capstone Case Challenge, was selected for the U.S. Government Public to Private Sector Homeland Security Program and for Leadership Programs for Royal Philips Leadership, Raytheon Leadership and has been trained by MIT Executive Leader, Peter Senge.
Nan has been a mentor to students and professionals around the world and is a visiting lecturer for the Center for Intelligence Services and Economic Systems in Madrid, Spain and CICI in Beijing, China. She holds a B.S. Physics from Bridgewater University, an M.B.A. from SNHU, is a certified Intelligence Professional, a Six Sigma Green Belt and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Strategy and Strategic Risk from MIT.
