Section 2 -- Council Governance StandardsAs provided in PART 2 of the Regulations, and in the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Amendment Regulation 2013 (No. 1) Select Legislative Instrument No. 22 as amended, made under the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012, Council shall adhere to governance standards relating to: (a) purposes and not-for-profit nature of the Association; given opportunity to provide comments and suggested approaches to Council for the management of non-adherence; and resumes compliance with the governance standards and the adoption of behaviours that are befitting of the Association when a breach or repeated breaches of the governance standards can be established beyond reasonable doubt, regard these seriously and consider disciplinary action under the Rules;
