All rates are per week and are G.S.T. inclusive. Rates are subject to change without notice

Rates include 5 dinners and 7 breakfasts per week

(Provision of meals may be subject to change due to public holidays)

Facilities Include:

• Attached bathroom
• Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. Rooms serviced weekly.
• Telephone lines are available to all rooms. Connection to service provider is at the discretion of the resident, as is internet connection.
• A coin/card-operated telephone is situated near the entrance to the Dining Room.
• Laundry facilities for residents include coin operated washing machines and dryers.
• Recreation facilities , Graduate House has a comfortably appointed lounge complete with plasma screen television and DVD player, a recreation room with table tennis table, a library, kitchen and study rooms for use of our residents.
• No utilities charges

Residents are required to become Members of the Graduate Union at a reduced Residents fee of $115, which is payable prior to arrival.
