Graduate House offers complete packages which include accommodation and meals. Meals are provided at all times except public holidays and over the Christmas period when the Graduate House kitchen is closed.
If a resident is required to be absent from Graduate House for an extended period (say greater than one week) for an appropriate reason (ie work related) and will be keeping their current room during this time, an alteration to their agreed package rate may be negotiated at the Head of College (Chief Executive Officer)'s discretion. At all other times the full package rates apply.
Each request to deduct meals from the agreed accommodation/meals package will be considered on an individual basis and the Head of College (Chief Executive Officer) must be notified in writing at least one week prior, setting out the reason for the proposed absence.
